I am a Registered Dietitian, and food lover. I strive to live a balanced life by combining whole foods and physical activity, and I help others do the same.
I believe that food is much more than calories, and how we eat affects how we feel. The foods we eat can help prevent disease, and heal from disease, yet certain foods we eat can also make us sick.
Working with me, we'll fix together a "Healthier Plate" with a balance of foods that will improve your health, boost your energy and to take you to the next level.
